What we process and why

• Your photo: to create your passport, visa or ID photo (performance of the service you request). Your original photo is processed in memory and is never stored. The finished photos are kept for 24 hours if you don't buy, and for 7 days after purchase so you can download them again; then they are deleted automatically.
• Email address and payment data: to take payment and send you your photos. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. We keep order records (date, amount, email) for accounting obligations.
• IP address: to prevent abuse (limit of photos per hour). It is deleted together with the photos.

We do not use your photo to identify you, we do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.

Service providers

• Hetzner Online GmbH (server hosting in the EU).
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments).
• Anthropic PBC (automatic quality check: a small copy of the finished photo is analysed to detect closed eyes, glasses, shadows, etc.; Anthropic does not use API data to train its models). Transfers outside the EU are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Google LLC (sending emails through Gmail).

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to us at tusextractosenexcel@outlook.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies on its payment page.
