The service

We turn a photo you upload into a photo sized for the document you choose, with the background replaced, and run an automatic quality check. You see a free preview with a watermark. If you pay, you get the digital photo and a print sheet by download and email.

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with any government or authority. The final decision to accept a photo always belongs to the issuing authority. You are responsible for uploading a recent photo of yourself (or of a person you are authorised to act for) that shows your real appearance.

Price and payment

The price is shown before payment, with taxes included where applicable. Payment is made through Stripe. Because the product is digital content delivered immediately, by paying you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the photo is delivered. This does not affect our guarantee (see the Refund Policy).

Acceptable use

You may not upload photos of other people without their permission, or use the service to create false documents.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order, except where the law does not allow such limitation.

Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
