Refund Policy

You see a free preview before paying, so you only pay if you like your photo.

Our guarantee

We refund 100% of the price if, within 30 days of purchase:

• the authority or the online form rejects your photo, or
• the files can't be downloaded or are damaged and we can't fix it.

Just reply to the email with your photos or write to tusextractosenexcel@outlook.com, explaining the reason (a screenshot of the rejection helps). Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We may not refund when the rejection is caused by something the customer was told about before buying (for example, if our check warned about glasses or closed eyes and you chose "Buy anyway").
